Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Associate to join our team in the Americas region.

Role and Responsibilities:

The Human Resources Associate will report to the HR Business Partner in the Americas region and provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed.

  • Implement new hire orientation and conduct exit interviews to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Create employment agreements and collaborate with third-party vendors to onboard new hires efficiently.
  • Process internal movement changes to maintain accurate employee records.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from employees and managers, referring complex matters to the HRBP.
  • Support employee relations and work with employees to resolve conflicts or grievances.
  • Manage employee leaves and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Participate in staff meetings and employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist with HR team projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to build trust and resolve issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address HR-related challenges.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Thorough knowledge of local employment-related laws and regulations, preferably with experience in the AMER region.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software to manage HR systems and tools.
Education and Experience:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of human resources experience. Fluency in English is mandatory.
