Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth and Revenue Operations to identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell within existing clients.
  • Develop deep relationships with multiple contacts within client organizations to ensure contract renewal.
  • Communicate opportunities to grow our business with clients in the Revenue Operations line of business and other lines of business.
  • Become an expert in multiple martech and salestech tools to make educated recommendations to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in the Revenue Operations world, including ABM, lead routing, sales qualification methodologies, and more.
Requirements
  • Deep Marketing Automation/Operations expertise and ability to own multiple Marketing Automation instances for clients.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Understanding of process optimization for revenue growth.
  • Data-driven marketer with experience in curating and optimizing data, building reports and dashboards, and analyzing results.
  • Ability to communicate with clients directly, often with a Director or above level.
