Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments, identify sales opportunities, and develop targeted solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to effectively communicate value and drive sales results.
  • Utilize sales management tools to track sales performance, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and stay informed on industry developments.
  • Travel to customer sites, suppliers, and other locations as required to support sales efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or industrial sales environment.
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using sales management software a plus.

Working Environment:

Outside Sales Representative - Work is generally performed in a fast-paced office environment, with frequent travel to customer sites, suppliers, and other locations. You will be required to drive a company vehicle and may need to work in a variety of settings, including warehouses, construction sites, and other industrial environments. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required. You will be exposed to various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures, noise, and other hazards.
