About the Role:

The Role: To support the company's benefits programs in LATAM and beyond, we're seeking a skilled Benefits Specialist to join our Americas Benefits Team. This role will work closely with the People Team to ensure our policies and benefits are best in class.

Responsibilities and Impact:

The Impact: Our Benefits Programs put People First, providing the most value from our vendors and programs.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the People Experience team to support the benefits needs of the business.

Support benefits programs involving research, implementation, and management of competitive benefits in the Americas.

Conduct or assist in benefits benchmarking, analysis, and calculations.

Participate in vendor implementation projects and People First initiatives.

Communicate benefits information to employees.

Assist the regional benefits team with renewals and possible RFPs.

Collaborate with finance to ensure timely benefit-related invoices.

Develop policies and documentation to educate employees about benefits programs.

Support senior team members in achieving goals and deliverables.

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related discipline.

3+ years of experience in related field.

Detailed-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of statutory laws and regulations regarding health and pension benefits in LATAM.

Ability to analyze and consolidate data.

Effective communication and employee engagement skills.

Benefits project management experience.

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Workday knowledge.

Portuguese language skills.
