**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Gas Power Americas. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our assigned territories in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive sales efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, project management, and/or commercial operations, preferably in the power generation industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, sales skills, and leadership abilities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems, think critically, and make informed decisions to drive sales success.
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with Aero Gas Turbine offerings, with a preference for candidates with a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
