Customer Service Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Logistics professional to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond Promptly to Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via various communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide Accurate Information and Troubleshoot Issues: Deliver precise information, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work with various teams to address and resolve complex issues that may require cross-departmental input.
- Document and Update Records: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant information to ensure accurate and current data.
- Identify Trends and Offer Feedback: Analyze recurring issues, provide insights, and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.
- Follow Up and Adhere to Policies: Ensure follow-up with customers as needed, while upholding company policies with empathy and patience.
- Advanced English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience: +3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Customer Portal Management: Experience with managing customer portals and related systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or similar systems.
