Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Logistics professional to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.


Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve complex issues that require cross-departmental input.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update relevant information to ensure accurate and current data.
  • Analyze recurring issues, provide insights, and suggest improvements to enhance overall service quality.
  • Ensure follow-up with customers as needed, while upholding company policies with empathy and patience.

Requirements
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Customer portal management experience.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • SAP, Oracle, Power BI, or knowledge in similar systems.
