Customer Service Liaison

Sealed Air is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Partner to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to internal and external customers on the West Coast of the United States.
Main Responsibilities- Receive, verify, and enter orders into the system to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Track orders for internal and external customers, providing updates and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the communication and resolution of internal and external customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document received orders and attachments from internal/external customers by attaching them to the system.
- Verify and enter invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and returns into the system, monitoring their progress until issuance as directed by management.
- Perform processes established by the department's management, documenting their respective drivers and other controls.
To succeed in this role, you must have advanced English skills, both in written and spoken forms, as our customers are in the USA. Additionally, availability to work in staggered hours to accommodate different USA time zones and adhere to the country's calendar is important.
