About the Role:

The Wholesale Manager will be responsible for overseeing the wholesale business and supervising the area in every aspect of the business. They will work closely with the Brand Manager to develop and implement sales, marketing, and training plans that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives, including sales targets, visual merchandising, assortment, marketing, and sales promotion activities.
  2. Wholesale Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  3. Market Analysis: Generate quantitative analysis, including sell-in, sell-out, assortment, stock rotation, bestsellers, and average price.
  4. Store Operations: Ensure that every point of sale meets the company's brand environment, sales staff, visual merchandising, and staff training standards.
  5. Action Plans: Establish and implement action plans with wholesale partners to achieve business objectives.
  6. Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional programming in collaboration with the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager.
  7. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal assortment, POS-material needs, and stock levels, as well as manage auto-replenishment and order procedures.
  8. Staff Training: Develop and implement staff training programs in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  9. Account Management: Ensure that accounts meet company merchandising guidelines and present new collections to customers.
  10. Budget Control: Control budget per account and review business results with customers.
  11. Contract Management: Ensure that contracts with retailers meet company criteria and control the respecting of contract criteria.
  12. Account Acquisition: Open new accounts according to the wholesale strategy.
  13. Account Closure: Close accounts that do not perform and do not respect contract criteria in accordance with company strategy.
  14. Account Qualification: Qualify accounts to determine opportunity and investment levels.
  15. Visit Reports: Establish visit reports after every visit and follow up.
  16. Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales Coordinator to guarantee auto-replenishment and collections targets, and with Marketing Manager to establish marketing, media, and sales plans per POS.
  17. Visit Plan: Control the visit plan and visit reports.
  18. Sales Figures: Responsible for sales figures in the business plan, with strong collaboration with Logistics and Marketing departments.
  19. Reporting: Inform the Brand Manager of all extraordinary or irregular points and elements in the field of responsibility.
  20. Project Management: Follow up on all new and renovation projects in collaboration with the Brand Manager and OMEGA HQ VM Department (RMIS).
  21. Training and Development: Guarantee training level and knowledge about the brand and product for wholesale and retail sales staff.
