Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the firm
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and other business documents
- Forecast firm workloads and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
