Job Summary
The Strategic Program Manager will be responsible for surface Trustbusters and driving solutions by building collaborative relationships with various business and program teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- IDentify gaps and pain points in existing processes and drive improvements with local and global teams.
- Analyze data on weekly, monthly, and quarterly to isolate issues and collaborate with different Program and Product owners to determine long-term solutions.
- Track progress of different initiatives and move quickly to get stakeholder help to manage through obstacles to achieve objectives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for both the local leadership teams and Program Managers on all topics related to the project.
- Drive adoption of internal mechanisms and performance metrics.
- Address barriers through problem-solving and coordination with stakeholders.
- Communicate performance, articulate root-cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
About You
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of program or project management experience.
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience.
- 2+ years of working cross-functionally with non-tech teams experience.
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
