Maintenance Supervisor Job Description

A Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing and controlling field service operations in their area, ensuring quality of service and precise communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of managing teams and prioritizing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control field service operations in their area
  • Ensure quality of service and precise communication with customers
  • Manage and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans
  • Monitor and control maintenance costs and inventory
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and procedures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
