About the Role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Executive Operations Coordinator for employment in Bogota, Colombia. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project team, ensuring seamless coordination of project activities, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including office operations, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Supervise and direct the overall administrative activities of the office or department.
  • Assign and review office activities, circumvent and resolve problem areas, coordinate administrative workload leveling requirements, and coordinate and perform project personnel administration activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and the public to ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative management, general management, technical assistance management, supervision, and/or auditing management.
  • Specific experience of at least eight (8) years in administrative coordination of projects, works, and/or companies or entities developing, operating, or managing public rail transport systems, including Metro types.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. AECOM offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
