Overview


We specialize in building materials, home furnishings, designs, major building materials, and manufactured homes. Our focus is on whole sales, manufacturing direct.



Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives.
  • Manage territory sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and upselling existing accounts.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, our business relies heavily on repeat customers and establishing a loyal customer base.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in the building supply industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and other languages is an asset, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. We are a truly international company.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.


What We Offer

  • A salary range of $82,000 - $225,000 per year.
  • A flexible work schedule with expected hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.


Qualifications

  • Sales experience: 1 year (required)
  • Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
