We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Leader to join our Amazon Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading customer journeys that accelerate business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute long-term strategic customer transformation roadmaps, driving business outcomes through cloud technologies.
- Establish executive relationships across technology and business groups, securing executive sponsorship for programs.
- Develop a unified account plan and pursuit plan that aligns with AWS account teams.
- Deliver on annual bookings targets, negotiating and closing deals that align with customer goals and AWS Professional Services business objectives.
- Support scale through shared learnings and mechanisms across the Professional Services sales team.

Requirements
- 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience.
- Industry experience in financial services, telecom, or retail industries.
- Experience with selling large-scale consulting and professional services with recurring revenue from accounts/territory.
- Business development experience, including complex agreements and familiarity with compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining a clear and dependable view of pursuits, progress, and pipeline conversion.
