Strategic Business Growth Manager

At Continental, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our project portfolio in Mexico, providing support on plan definitions, project meetings, and communications. You will also monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed and provide project support on follow-up on budgets and activities.

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate with company executives, sales, and marketing professionals to review current market trends and propose new business ideas to improve revenue. You will also work closely with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals and gather useful information from customer and competitor data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Understanding company strategy and analyzing data from previous or current projects
  • Evaluating the meeting of KPIs and metrics from previous projects
  • Defining KPIs and following up on new projects to propose and base on analysis define new approaches
