We are seeking a highly skilled Product and Application Heat Exchanger Specialist to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise to our customers and partners in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales companies in the LATAM region, including our channel partners, with technical knowledge and expertise.
- Transfer technical knowledge to our channels and clients through training and facilitation, focusing on Alfa Laval products, particularly GPHE.
- Collaborate with the sales engineer to design and prepare information for quotations.
- Work closely with the marketing area to develop marketing campaigns, conferences, and fairs.
- Provide exceptional customer care and technical support to customers regarding heat exchanger products and applications.
- Offer key technical support to customers in meetings and interactions, focusing on customized product presentations and valuable propositions.
- Establish a visible presence as a technical expert, both virtually and in-person, to solve complex technical issues and discuss our products and applications within the industry.
- Promote the Alfa Laval brand among customers.
- Act as a product champion in product launch campaigns and/or product and application competencies coach within the company.
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, with a strong network within the industry and technical expertise on products and applications regarding heat transfer.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
- Experience in managing CRM systems such as Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Experience in B2B and B2C, networking development, channel distribution management; availability to travel 50-70%.
- Non-Mexican citizens with a working visa and Spanish skills are also invited to apply.
