Customer Success Specialist

**Job Summary:**
Ensure the successful deployment of Arkik's Ready Mix Suite through comprehensive support, solution implementation, and ongoing customer success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Validate plant conditions prior to Arkik implementation with clients.
- Provide specialized support services for plant control, including automation failures and system errors.
- Offer remote training and maintain client contact for preventive maintenance and hardware calibration.
- Monitor Arkik Batch Application communication with the Cloud service and weigh tolerance indicators.
- Follow up on improvement proposals and provide technical advice on plant adjustments for increased productivity.
**Requirements:**
- Engineering degree (Mechatronic, Electronics, Mechanics, Electrician, or Mechanical Administrator).
- Availability to travel, including weekends, and adapt to changing shifts.
- Desirable 1-2 years of remote and telephone support experience.
- Intermediate English, customer orientation, service, and data analysis skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity.
