**Job Summary:**

Ensure the successful deployment of Arkik's Ready Mix Suite through comprehensive support, solution implementation, and ongoing customer success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Validate plant conditions prior to Arkik implementation with clients.
  • Provide specialized support services for plant control, including automation failures and system errors.
  • Offer remote training and maintain client contact for preventive maintenance and hardware calibration.
  • Monitor Arkik Batch Application communication with the Cloud service and weigh tolerance indicators.
  • Follow up on improvement proposals and provide technical advice on plant adjustments for increased productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • Engineering degree (Mechatronic, Electronics, Mechanics, Electrician, or Mechanical Administrator).
  • Availability to travel, including weekends, and adapt to changing shifts.
  • Desirable 1-2 years of remote and telephone support experience.
  • Intermediate English, customer orientation, service, and data analysis skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and electricity.
