Customer Success Specialist

At Axented, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and insights that drive product and service improvements.
  • Assist clients in achieving their desired outcomes using our products and services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Key Account Manager or Customer Success Specialist in a B2B model.
  • Proven track record of onboarding B2B clients and developing sustainable relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven thinking.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Experience in the Financial, Banking, or Insurance sector is a plus.
