- Technical Troubleshooting: Use technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication skills to interact with clinicians and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of service desk/helpdesk experience or equivalent combination of education and technical troubleshooting experience.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferred Skills: Experience in a call center environment, technical troubleshooting experience, and proficiency in typing and English language skills.
