Business Development Expert

Job Summary:
The Account Executive Expert will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within named accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of business software and IT solutions, as well as experience selling to CXOs and managing public sector accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Work with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline and close deals.
- Account Planning and Management: Work with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Work to uncover and run sales cycles based on opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead.
- Sales Campaigns: Work with the VAT team on sales campaigns.
- Market Share Expansion: Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts.
- Sales Objectives: Work to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers.
- Sales Best Practices: Develop sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.
Requirements:
- 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions.
- Selling to CXOs: Experience selling to CXOs.
- Public Sector Accounts: Experience managing public sector accounts.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record in target achievement.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology).
- Sales Methodology Training: Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred.
