About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with prospective clients and taking full ownership of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Consumer Goods Industry
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • Excellent English and Portuguese skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
