Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Westcon Mexico, S.A. de C.V. as a key member of our vendor management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with assigned vendors to drive financial performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement vendor business plans to leverage vendor strengths and resources, driving incremental funding proposals and revenue growth.
- Communicate supplier strategies and benefits to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with TD SYNNEX's goals and objectives.
- Manage forecasting pipeline requirements and rebate projections, analyzing program impact and reporting on key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development strategies, increase market share, and support price negotiations and market knowledge.
- Act as a subject matter expert for assigned vendors, providing technical and programmatic support to drive vendor pro-forma performance.
- 2-4 years of related experience in commercial or business development roles, preferably with TI vendors or clients in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and data center technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, commercial, business relationships, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and explanation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
