Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Strategically plan and manage a portfolio of accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
  • Resolve key client issues and challenges.
  • Generate new business opportunities among existing clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and report on key account performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product launches and developments in the FMCG industry.

Requirements

  • A degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Representative or similar role.
  • Solid experience in sales and customer service in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships.
  • High level of commercial acumen.
