Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive New Business: Identify and secure new clients in the Retail, Banking & Finance, and Consumer Electronics sectors.
  2. Utilize Your Network: Leverage your C-Level, VP, and Director-level connections to unlock business opportunities and build trusted partnerships.
  3. Market Representation: Serve as the official representative for RIX Rewards in your country, enhancing brand visibility and driving growth in your market.
  4. Tailored Client Solutions: Present customized rewards and incentive programs that address the unique needs of your clients.
  5. Expand Reach: Drive awareness of our innovative Free Flight Promotions and other reward solutions within your professional network.
  6. Close Strategic, High-Value Deals: Work on long-term partnerships that deliver significant results for both clients and RIX Rewards.

  • Extensive Industry Network: Strong relationships with decision-makers in your region and experience working with leading brands.
  • Proactive and Driven: You excel at identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and delivering results in competitive markets.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, manage your efforts, and thrive in a commission-based role.
  • Proven Expertise: Deep understanding of your sector and the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Financial Stability: Capable of supporting yourself during the initial 9-month ramp-up period.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and the primary language of your country.
