**Compensation Package**

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $15,000 to $20,000 pesos per month, plus attractive commissions. Our Monday-to-Friday schedule ensures a healthy work-life balance.

**Job Description**

As a Sales Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners through regular contact and meetings.
  • Providing proactive assistance and support to business partners to enhance their experience and maximize mutual benefits.
  • Collaborating with partners on joint marketing initiatives to expand our reach and drive business growth.
  • Cultivating referral partnerships by identifying and evaluating potential referral partners and establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Leading negotiations and establishing agreements and contracts with referral partners to formalize partnerships.
  • Identifying and onboarding new business and referral partners through comprehensive research and analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

We are seeking an individual with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and partner onboarding is preferred.
