Client Growth Partner Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Client Growth Partner to drive business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within our current client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth within existing client accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales activity, and growth opportunities to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 9-14 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong preference for consulting experience working with enterprise solutions such as Salesforce, SAP, AWS, Azure, ServiceNow.
  • Must possess executive presence and ability to communicate to C-Level executives demonstrating value and differentiation.
  • Industry experience in automation, manufacturing, and diversified industries.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
