As a Client Success Partner Development Specialist at Flywire, you will play a crucial role in delivering and executing our solution to partner institutions.
Job Description:The Opportunity:
Flywire is seeking a motivated and hardworking professional to help improve and expand our client engagement and retain the value of our partnerships.
This individual will work closely with Account Managers to continuously enhance our client onboarding and execution strategies, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization of our solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be an engaging presenter, and have strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
We are looking for a proactive and persistent individual who can work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers in understanding client needs and developing tailored strategies to drive growth and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging client training content and payer-facing resources
- Work closely with clients to ensure their payer journey is optimized and provide timely support to resolve any issues

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or marketing
- 2+ years of experience in client or customer success and/or support
- CEFR minimum level of C1 in English & Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills
- Problem-solving and project management skills
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
