Insurance Lead Generation Consultant

The Insurance Lead Generation Consultant plays a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our insurance offerings, generating new leads, and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients. This position requires excellent communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers for insurance offerings
- Generate new leads through various channels
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- 0-2 years experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Benefits:
Allstate offers a competitive salary, ranging from $55,000 to $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
