Labor Relations Strategist for International Operations

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join AT&T as a Labor Relations Strategist, focusing on international operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor relations unions for AT&T GSS in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and at least 3-5 years of experience in a related field. Union experience within a call center environment is preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and union delegates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies to achieve corporate goals.
- Provide consistent interpretation and administration of labor agreements.
- Responsible for pre-bargaining research, creating briefings for officers, and developing bargaining documents.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in labor-related matters.
- Economic and cost impact analysis, general research, and analysis of the labor relations environment.
- Planning for annual negotiations, including review with corporate C&C/Intl LR/Legal teams.
- Develop strategy for delegate assignments, union activation, and legitimization.
- Budget planning and management of internal and external communication and training.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Union experience within a call center environment is preferred.
- Must be bilingual, fluent in English comprehension, speaking, and writing.
- The position is hybrid, requiring visits to a local office 3 times per week.
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
