About the Role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our team as an Employee Relations Manager, where you will play a critical role in maintaining positive employee relations and contributing to the success of Amazon's operations in Mexico. This position reports to the Mexico's Employee Relations Head of Country within the Operations Human Resources group.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from associates and managers, primarily through data analysis and site visits. You will work proactively to identify and improve opportunities that affect the associate experience, including continuous improvement in communication vehicles and practices. Additionally, you will analyze, diagnose, and audit people programs, policies, and practices to sustain positive employee relations. Your tasks will also include preparing assessment reports for senior-level leadership review, conducting positive employee relations trainings, and overseeing employee relations and vulnerability assessment programs.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, JD, or other specialized training in labor/employee relations. Experience working in unionized settings is essential, along with experience in designing and delivering successful training programs. As a team player with strong written and oral communication skills, excellent public speaking abilities, and strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, you will be able to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines. You must be able to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner, think analytically, and solve problems effectively. High-quality judgment and sound decision-making are crucial, as well as strong project and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects to closure.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. As a full-time employee, you can expect significant travel, approximately 50-60% of the time over the course of the year.
