Key Responsibilities

• Support and improve the company's labor relations strategy.

• Assist with and conduct union contract negotiations.

• Develop and direct positive employee relations activities with an Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and HPWS focus.

• Provide day-to-day advice and support to the business on contract administration issues and grievances.

• Develop and deliver training, staying abreast of trends and developments in the labor relations discipline.

Requirements

• Relevant labor relations or human resources experience.

• Experience in labor negotiations, contract administration, and/or union-free campaigns, and prior CPG/FMCG manufacturing experience highly preferred.

• Ability to relate to and communicate with all levels of leadership, management, associates and union representatives.

• Drive for results and customer service orientation.

• Strong project management skills, ability to lead complex projects and proactively manage work.

• Proven track record of performance results meeting multiple deadlines and project priorities.

What We Offer

• Ample experience in handling active unions for at least 5 years.

• Experience in managing multiple sites.

• Experience in managing multiple collective bargaining agreements.

• Experience in coordinating and managing multiple union delegates.

• Experience in managing more than one union in an organization (ideal at least 3).

• Availability to travel 50%.

• Advanced English.

• Experience in coordinating and training mixed commissions.

• Having participated in legitimizations, votes for Collective Bargaining Agreements.

• Administration and quantification of Collective Bargaining Agreements.

• Advanced knowledge of Mexican Payroll.

• Having participated in mergers, acquisitions, and organizational integrations.
