About the Role
The Jr. Manager Customer Collaboration leads the Collaborative Planning teams in the CS&L department. They have a collaborative management with customers, handling automatic returns and other tasks. Much collaboration with the sales teams of MDLZ.
This role has within its deliverables bringing projects to the company and with customers bringing and working proposals for logistical efficiencies to be transformed into productivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of Collaborative Planning Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR).
- Knowledge in logistics projects.
- Knowledge in storage and transportation.
- Previous experience in sales (desirable).
- Intermediate English.
