Job Summary:
The Global Operations Lead - Strategic Manager will be responsible for leading the Global Business Service (GBS) team in delivering strategic operations management, process innovation, and automation to support the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational performance and objectives for Sales and Marketing functions, with potential expansion or rotation.
- Act as the day-to-day escalation point for all supported business units.
- Own and ensure execution of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer satisfaction, and metrics for supported processes.
- Partner with the GBS Business Intelligence team to prepare operational and executive reports.
- Identify and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities and implement process changes to drive business efficiency.
About the Role:
The Global Operations Lead - Strategic Manager will report to the Head of Go-To-Market Delivery within GBS and will be responsible for handling a portfolio of strategic projects and programs, as well as leading a team of shared services employees globally.
