**Key Responsibilities**

As a Railroad Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the transportation plan by managing the Auto Crew Call system. Your duties will include assisting in handling exceptions, making hotel and motel reservations for crews, and coordinating with taxi companies to transport crews between trains and their lodging facility.

**Requirements**

- High School diploma or equivalent

- Minimum two (2) years of relevant operations experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

- Acumen in one or more disciplines of railroad operations

**Working Conditions**

- Shift work is an essential function of this job. Employees must have the ability and willingness to support critically important railroad operations 24 hours per day/7 days per week, working various shifts as assigned.

- On-call responsibilities are an essential function of this job. Employees must have the ability and willingness to support operations of critically important systems and/or processes 24 hours per day/7 days per week.
