Customer Service Representative, Mexico

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers regarding fares, rates, schedules, and travel documents in a clear and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer conflicts and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
- Arrange for ticketing and other special services as required.
- Notify customers of flight irregularities and changes in schedules.
- Assist company employees in arranging business and personal travel plans.
- Operate computer terminal equipment to access, input, and retrieve information.
- Sell consultatively and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be flexible to work all shifts and be available 7 days a week, including holidays and weekends.
- Must have a valid US Visa and Passport.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico for any employer without sponsorship.
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.
