About the Role

The Digital Product Associate Manager will play a critical role in the global Product Management team at PepsiCo. This position is responsible for the technical solution delivery of the company's next-generation digital infrastructure, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with global product managers and CoE to build and prioritize product features for local markets.
  • Product Delivery: Coordinate design, build, and deployment of the product in local markets, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate product plans and requirements to key stakeholders, including business engagement and product managers.
  • Quality Assurance: Own overall product quality, ensuring it meets business needs and expectations.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Measure, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product in local markets.
Requirements
  • Product Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, with a preference for quantitative or engineering-related fields.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the CPG industry, with a focus on demand planning, S&OP, or S&OE.
Skills and Abilities
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior-level management.
  • Collaboration: Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage trade-offs and drive impact and engagement.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead others without direct authority, with a focus on world-class organization and accountability.
