We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team in Mexico City, Mexico. As a key member of our global digital development team, you will be responsible for creating and supporting digital products and services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Participate in the entire design process of our digital products and services, from initial research and ideation to testing and validation.
- Research and Analysis: Plan and conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize findings, and provide recommendations to inform design decisions.
- Human-Centered Design: Apply Human-Centered Design and Service Design Thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of low-fidelity and high-fidelity deliverables.
- Workshop Facilitation: Plan and co-facilitate workshops internally and externally to identify and solve complex problems.
- Project Deliverables: Create project deliverables, such as low and high fidelity UI prototypes, project plans, design using a Design System, discussion guides for research, insights reports, and presentations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate work activities with digital teams, business teams, and other stakeholders, and communicate with business stakeholders in the process of Service Design, training, and knowledge transfer.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience designing digital products and services as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Design Disciplines: Deep understanding of Service Design and UX Design disciplines, with proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process.
- Design Tools: Experience with industry standard design and research tools, such as Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision, and User testing.
- Design System: Experience in designing, building, and managing a Design System across our ecosystem of products and services.
- Communication and Organization: Strong communications and organizational skills, with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with Agile and SAFe methodology for teamwork and analytics 'product' creation, including Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
