About the Role

Nike, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Finance Analyst to join its team in LATAM. As a key business partner, you will provide financial insights and analysis to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Support financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for supply chain budget and Demand Creation and Operational Overhead.
  2. Business Reporting: Develop and maintain business reports and reporting processes to ensure relevant KPIs are tracked and analyzed.
  3. Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems to gain a better understanding of actual performance and drive efficiency.
  4. Profitability Analysis: Perform profitability and investment analysis on short- and long-term business opportunities to aid in decision-making and improve profitability.
  5. International Experience: Leverage direct meaningful work experience and expertise in financial planning and analysis in an international environment.
  6. Communication and Collaboration: Deliver results against tight timelines, navigate large amounts of information, and communicate sophisticated concepts and ideas in a simple way to influence collaborators across the organization.
  7. Team Player: Demonstrate a team player attitude, proven positive energy, confidence, integrity, and passion for the Nike brand.
  8. Language Skills: Possess excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  9. Technical Skills: Highly competent using Excel and SAP/Tableau knowledge is strongly preferred.
