About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead Level II to join our team at Softgic S.A.S. as a key member of our data engineering team. As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex data engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the delivery of data engineering projects, including design, development, testing, and implementation.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  3. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and testing procedures.
  4. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.
  6. Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  7. Develop and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking.
  8. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in delivering data engineering projects, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as a technical lead.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of data warehouse and data lake platforms, including Informatica.
  3. Experience with project management tools, including MSFT office products (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  4. Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects.
  5. Technical knowledge with hands-on experience in managing application development.
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
  7. Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources.
  8. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels.
  10. Excellent planning and organization, project management, and time management skills.
  11. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  12. Ability to inform, educate, and influence managers and employees to support goals and initiatives.
