Job Overview

Invitro Capital is seeking a seasoned SEO/SEM professional to drive organic and paid search growth for our portfolio companies. As an SEO & SEM Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase search engine visibility, organic traffic, and paid search ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies to drive search engine visibility and organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization to improve rankings and boost organic visibility.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure website content aligns with SEO best practices.
  • Monitor search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Oversee A/B testing of landing pages and search ads to improve conversion rates and engagement.
  • Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) to track and optimize campaign performance.
  • Deliver performance reports, including insights on rankings, traffic, and paid search campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SEO/SEM, with proven results in driving organic and paid search growth.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to track and measure performance.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, SEO best practices, and SEM bidding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams.
