We are seeking a seasoned Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and manage high-performance sales professionals. As a key member of our team, you will lead multiple sales teams across segments, develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and operational plan for a country, product or region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operational plan for a country, product or region.
- Design the organization, talent structure, and operating rhythms needed to meet business objectives and optimize team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and manage world-class sales professionals and sales managers, setting clear goals and delivering outstanding results.
- Monitor and analyze sales pipelines and performance using tools like Salesforce, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Use commercial judgment to negotiate deals and pricing, while coaching team members to excel in this area.
- Develop and implement best practices to drive sales effectiveness, identifying scalable improvements to policies and processes.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams by sharing customer insights and feedback to shape business strategies.
