Advance your career as a proficient Global Commercial Administrative Coordinator within Inclusive Collections. In this position, you will assist in the international sales and commercial functions of the organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring smooth coordination and administration of global transactions, adherence to procedural regulations, and effective communication among internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities of a Global Commercial Administrative Coordinator:
Manage and oversee international invoicing from initiation to finalization. Collaborate with teams to guarantee timely and precise payments from the budget. Identify and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies. Prepare and validate all essential documentation for received invoices, including a thorough review of submissions and proof of performance. Ensure adherence to company policies. Maintain precise records of all international transactions and budget allocations. Act as the primary liaison for international clients and partners regarding payment statuses, production details, and general inquiries. Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting and finance to address any issues or concerns raised by the international sales division. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to international sales and expenditures. Process international payments and manage currency conversions as required. Monitor accounts payable and follow up on outstanding payments to international clients. Provide administrative assistance to the international sales team, including the preparation of presentations, reports, and sales materials. Analyze and generate reports to support international sales strategies. Exhibit a commitment to ALG's core values.The responsibilities outlined above are not exhaustive. Qualifications for a Successful Global Commercial Administrative Coordinator:
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
