We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to support various HR processes and initiatives within our organization. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting our HR functions and initiatives to ensure our organization operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process for direct and indirect open positions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Assist in the interview process for internal promotions of direct and indirect positions, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and execute employee recognition programs to motivate, engage, and retain employees, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Input employee personal data into Human Resources systems (HRIS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Participate in motivational events and employee recognition programs to promote a positive work culture.
  • Generate weekly and monthly HR KPI's, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Assist with International Mobility processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Guide employees through the voluntary termination process, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct surveys and collect feedback from employees, using the insights to inform HR initiatives and improve employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
