About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team in Mexico City, covering several countries in the LATAM region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including runners and running communities.
  • Support the development of seasonal programming and integrated marketing plans.
  • Measure and report on campaign progress and results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a closely related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in brand building/marketing, consumer marketing, or related experience in digital marketing.
  • Genuine connection to and deep understanding of Running (and other sports), culture, and youth trends.
  • Ability to think big picture, work cross-functionally, have a curiosity for consumer insights/behaviors, multi-task, and adapt to a constant changing environment.
  • Business-level proficiency in English: both written and verbal, Keynote, Word, and Excel skills.
