About the Role

At Apple Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Channel Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales organization, you will play a critical role in generating revenue and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Channel Communication Plans

Lead the implementation of Apple's quarterly channel communication plans, covering multiple avenues in digital, business-to-business (B2B), and base management. Report on the overall performance of these plans and identify areas for improvement.

Align Accounts' Strategy with Apple's Consumer Experience

Partner with Reseller accounts to align their strategy with Apple's consumer experience and channel communication plans. Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Communications to drive Apple priorities across all lines of business.

Manage Channel Marketing Development Funds

In partnership with Sales Finance, identify, prioritize, and monitor channel marketing development funds' quarterly execution by reseller. Ensure the highest impact on consumer consideration, sales, and return on investment (ROI).

Develop and Optimize Partner Campaigns

Develop MDF plans by establishing strong relationships with partners, aligning account strategy with communications plan to achieve the highest ROI. Partner with Marcom team to create business briefs, translating sales strategies into creative partner campaigns. Optimize partner campaigns to improve results and enhance the customer experience.

Track Progress and Efficiency

Establish key metrics to track the progress and efficiency of strategic communication initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions. Build insights and plans based on campaign results.

Collect and Analyze Data

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to extract key insights that drive strategic decision-making. Develop a keen understanding of the industry, including market dynamics, customer preferences, and regulatory landscape.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Collaborate with several teams to develop and refine the organization's strategic objectives, long-term and annual business plans, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or a similar analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of marketing reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Validated digital marketing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience working with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather information from various sources and assess its credibility and relevance.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; skilled at conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Fluency in English -- written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Python, and Tableau a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, build influential relationships across structures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
