We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of customer-centric features for Amazon's Consumables vertical. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation across cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining a clear vision and roadmap for CX features, partnering with tech partners to drive innovative features, and assessing the impact of new features on customer experience. Additionally, they will be expected to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive CX strategy to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer-centric features.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
  4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.

Requirements:
