About the Role
If you have a passion for helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric, troubleshooting, and technical support environment, we would like to talk with you. We are currently looking for self-motivated, action-oriented individuals to join our Product Support team working with customers in the US & Canada supporting technical and functional inquiries related to the OmniPod System.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting customers in the US & Canada with technical and functional inquiries related to the OmniPod System.
- Working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
