Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for administrative and customer service tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of orders and complaints.
You will keep customers informed about the status of orders, shipments, and warranty cases, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process and confirm customer purchase orders in a timely manner
- Enter new customers and contacts into ERP and CRM systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage customer complaints and close cases per established procedures
- Proactively communicate order and complaint status to customers via phone or email
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and technical aptitude to manage complex systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Education and Experience
We require:
- A college degree in a relevant field
- Over 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Basic knowledge of electrical power principles
- Advanced English proficiency
