Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Support Specialist who will be responsible for performing order processing tasks, resolving product or service problems, and supporting the Sales team in pursuing and following up on customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Perform order entry, scheduling, order maintenance, expedites, OEP, returns, debits, and credits as requested by the customer.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to support customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment.
Requirements
- Fluency in English required.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.
- Must be able to interface with all levels of management both internally and externally with customers.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field is preferred, along with 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Estimated Salary
$55,000 - $70,000 per year based on location and experience.
